1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CES Booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.
2. Services
CES Booking is a marketplace connecting customers with independent service providers (vendors). We do not directly provide the services listed and are not responsible for the quality of work performed by vendors, except where explicitly stated.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to complete a booking. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Booking & Cancellation
Bookings are confirmed once accepted by the vendor. Cancellation policies vary by vendor. Customers may cancel pending bookings free of charge before vendor confirmation. Post-confirmation cancellations are subject to vendor terms.
5. Payments
Prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) inclusive of any applicable service charges. Payment is collected as per the method chosen at checkout. We reserve the right to update pricing with prior notice.
6. Vendor Conduct
Vendors on our platform must comply with all applicable laws, hold valid licenses where required, and accurately represent their services. CES Booking reserves the right to remove vendors who violate our standards.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CES Booking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or services booked through it.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform — including logos, text, images, and software — is the property of CES Booking and may not be reproduced without express written permission.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kuwaiti courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
